Trouble seems to find him everywhere he goes, and Mike ?The Situation? Sorrentino is being sued for breach of contract by a clothing manufacturer.
According to Radar Online, Dillgaf USA and the ?Jersey Shore? star signed a ?joint marketing and sales agreement? to promote the ?joint product line the parties.?
The official court document says, "Sorrentino has materially breached the Joint Marketing and Sales Agreement by failure to appear at photo shoots and promote the joint products after Dilligaf incurred and paid all expenses to set up a booth at a convention in Las Vegas, failing to promote the Joint Products in TV shows or other entertainment event that Sorrentino is involved with and failing to wear joint products in an effort to promote the Joint Product Line of the parties."
The clothing line is going after Sorrentino for $15,000.
