This guy never seems to learn - Michael Lohan was arrested in Tampa, Florida early this morning for harassing his girlfriend Kate Major.
According to a report, Papa Lohan continuously tried calling Ms. Major and wouldn?t leave her alone, so she finally called the cops, who came to her apartment and witnessed Michael calling her again.
As a result, the police headed over to Lohan?s hotel room to arrest him, but Michael tried to avoid them by hopping out his third floor balcony and fell into a tree.
He was subsequently arrested and charged with violating his pretrial release conditions and resisting arrest. Lohan was taken to the hospital to check on a possible foot injury.
