It's "Guilty Pleasures Week" on Dancing with the Stars -- and how better to celebrate than with an impromptu rendition of Rebecca Black's awesomely bad single "Friday"? During rehearsals, Disney Channel actress Chelsea Kane and her dance partner Mark Ballas were inspired to tape their own acapella version of "Friday." Providing back-up: singer-actor Romeo, his dance partner Chelsie Hightower and American Idol eliminee Pia Toscano! Watch the whole performance below!
We're not sure which is more impressive: Mark's beat-boxing skills, Romeo's freestyling or Chelsea's dead-on Rebecca Black impression! On her People.com blog, Kane explains that she sings the song at rehearsal every Friday, but only this week did her fellow contestants get in on the action. She also notes that she finds "Guilty Pleasures Week" ironic -- "being that just a few months ago, Dancing with the Stars was my guilty pleasure."
If you're wondering what Pia Toscano is doing in the video, she's one of this week's "guilty" guest performers -- along with Hanson, The Backstreet Boys and The New Kids on the Block. And she may have an ulterior motive for hanging around: She appears to be dating Ballas, having been spotted out to dinner with his again this weekend. Yes, it was a shock that Toscano was dismissed from Idol -- but we'd take Mark as a consolation prize any day!
